How To Overcome All Fears – Part 5
~ If you’re inclined to worry, society sure has given you a good selection. ~

In this chapter we are going to re-visit worries and their relationship to fear. Previously I gave worries a good kicking, but they have a relationship with fear and so we need to turn the light on to this so that we may dislodge this virus. So now it is time to banish worries to something that you just had in your past.
First let’s imagine what that will feel like for a second. You wake up and all of a sudden you no longer have any worries. They are simply not there anymore, you haven’t fixed everything; you just are not worried anymore. Won’t that be cool?
What would you give to be finally free of your worries and fears? What price would you pay for that? To most people this would be priceless, after all it is obvious that these hold us back. As I said before I apply no effort to ‘not’ worrying. I do not possess any superhuman abilities which mean I am able to do something you cannot. We can all do this, it is simply a matter of understanding what your worries are.
Your little voice is probably right now saying to you, ‘Well yes, it’s alright for you Andy, you can control your fears and worries. I don’t know how but you can, but I couldn’t do that. He’s far cleverer than you!’
Well if that’s the case for you then let me introduce you to your ego. Your ego is right there now, so look at it, don’t judge, just watch it. Now while you are observing your ego bear this in mind. It is self sabotage (the ego’s primary weapon against you) to ‘try’ and keep you where you are. To say that you can’t do something before you’ve even had a chance to read how to do it. Well this of course is the ego’s way of shouting, ‘Danger, you will get hurt if you go here.’ Your ego doesn’t ‘want’ to learn and escape your current situation, it likes it there.
The ego works without the ability to look into the future, it works with a maximum capacity of your life’s experiences. Well I’ve got news for you, it’s something which you know (otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this, but you may not be aware when your ego’s around), you… don’t… know… everything! So to use just what you know means you will never expand, which means you will repeat the same mistakes again and remain where you are in life.
Your ego may have said other sentences instead of the one I suggested above, please feel free to share them on the site, as writing them down and shining a powerful light on them will make this area of your mind very bright and darkness can no longer exist in the presence of light. This is using the ‘Wally’ solution to psychology.
The ‘Wally’ Solution
Sue Charlton: People go to a psychiatrist to talk about their problems. She just needed to unload them. You know, bring them out in the open.
Michael J. "Crocodile" Dundee: Hasn't she got any mates?
Sue Charlton: You're right. I guess we could all use more mates. I suppose you don't have any shrinks at Walkabout Creek.
Michael J. "Crocodile" Dundee: No, back there if you got a problem you tell Wally. And he tells everyone in town, brings it out in the open, no more problem.
Do You Know How To Slow Down?
Ok, so before we start, can you accept you will read this without prior judgement as to whether you can or cannot free your mind of worries? To those of you who don’t have this negative thought pattern then that’s great. I’m just trying to get everyone on the same page as there is a big upside in freedom from worries. Also to those who are reading and just ‘scan reading’, you may ‘want’ to slow down and read slowly. There is a problem with scan reading when it comes to this sort of thing, you often miss the point at which change occurs within you.
Hey, but don’t worry about it. You can come back to scan again, and again later too… that’s if your ego allows you to remember to of course! Alternatively you could just read now. However, you have been trained to think if you scan read, then you’ll read and absorb faster and you’ll get where you ‘want’ to go much quicker.
Just remember knowledge is not power, applied knowledge is power. If you get to the end of this book and you still suffer from pain, fear, worry, anxiety, etc. then remind yourself that you applied an old principle from my cabinet making days – more haste, less work! A way to describe it better for you is more haste, less progress.
I too have read at speed and I still speed read now in between the real learning points. I switch it on and off. When I get to a learning point I slow down and take it slow and sometimes read the same paragraph or page several times before moving on.
With what I am sharing in these articles there simply is nothing else that matters until you have wiped the viruses off your mind; whatever program you install will be infected with your current virus. You cannot achieve this at warp speed, it only happens when you are paying attention. So slow down and allow the changes to take place by shining a light onto the darkness and therefore dissolving it.
If all you do in life is rush, then what are you asking the Universe for? More rushing of course.
Let me give you an example of me not rushing. I’ve identified something I am doing wrong - I could rush to change it or I could schedule time in to do it. The more time I allow before I commence work on it, means my subconscious will have mulled it over a lot and conceived many new alternatives (after all there are an infinite number).
If you have learnt to speed read so that you can absorb more and get further ahead in life faster and you have been speed reading to this point, then ask yourself, “has my speed reading created the life I desire? Am I sure I got and applied all the value from books I previously read? When I found a good book, did I slow down to absorb and apply the techniques? If I did then why have I not achieved the life I desire?”
Oh by the way, the person speaking inside your head right now is your ego – observe him/her. Slow down, life is to be savoured, not to be rushed. When you find a holiday destination you like, you slow down and enjoy it. When you strike a vein of gold, you continue to dig in there, you don’t go to find another vein. Why is it so often that people continue to look for what they have already found? There’s none so blind as those who cannot see!
Ok, I should have got to the vast majority of peoples’ attention; you should be present now and therefore paying attention. I suggest you remember this point when you read the other sections I write as well. That way you will get a lot more out of them and you may just do what this instruction manual is telling you to do! You will get out of this book and the next book exactly what’s written on the tin! That’s if you read them and observe your reactions. Ok, so now I have your attention let’s get rid of your worries.

Have you ever looked up the word worry, or worries in the dictionary? 99% won’t have - I hadn’t until today! Mind you I didn’t have a real problem with worrying though. I’m guessing you probably have spent most of your life worrying… yet you never even thought about it enough to actually look it up. Why’s that? Because your ego doesn’t ‘want’ you to know what ‘to worry’ means.
It means “to torment oneself with, or suffer from, disturbing thoughts”. In a nutshell it means that worrying is insanity. You got it - if you are worrying then you are insane – are you now thinking or is your ego shouting too loud? (Just observe it, do not judge it.)
If you think back to when you first understood what it was to worry; either your parents taught you, or a school teacher, or a friend at school. They were worried about something (probably money) and they taught you what worrying meant. You let worrying into your life because those you trusted showed you it was normal, so you accepted it, without observing whether it held any value to you. Also just because it is normal for everyone to do it does not make it any more sane.
Shifting out of the habit of worry will take different amounts of time for different people. For example, it took me to be 90% free of my worries; from the point of realising they were insane thoughts to being free from them, approximately 10 days. I had some pretty big worries: imminent bankruptcy, public humiliation, well they seemed pretty big at the time.
However, I was already someone who didn’t worry much. If you are a habitual worrier then you will need to create all new thought patterns and this could take longer. It doesn’t matter how long you take - one day or three months. It’s not a competition with anyone other than yourself. So as you read this, do not beat yourself up as you will obviously just attract more of beating yourself up (you starting to get this stuff, yes?)
The very next time worry starts, you must ask yourself, is this worry trying to teach me something, is there something I need to change? Is it just my ego worrying about nothing to keep me trapped, or is there something to learn?
Face your worry then you’ll see that it is just an illusion. Your worry cannot exist unless you allow it life. I am intimating in the previous paragraph that worry could have a value as a waypoint. This is only partially true, but only in your transition phase. While you are transitioning from ‘worrier’ to ‘worry free’ you can still use these waypoints (if you are capable of speaking the correct language that is), but as soon as you become present you will not need such blurred and confused direction points.
Removing The Habit Of Worrying

As humans, why is it we say something is too good to be true, yet we never say something is too bad to be true?… It is because we are pre-disposed to worry. Worry is a bad habit which has been picked up through copying others who have the same bad habit. Our basic thought is that life is out to get us and we must keep our worry guard up so that we are not caught off guard. This is of course absolute rubbish.
Worry is not something we have to do; it is not part of our natural make up. We choose to worry; all of that pain you have caused yourself through worry was a choice. Ok, as I have said before you unconsciously chose it. However, you’re awake right now in this instant, and I am showing you that any worry you have in your life from this point on is a choice you are making… so now you are responsible for your worries, insane or sane… it is your choice!
Worry comes from the false belief that you are powerless. The truth of course though is you are never powerless unless you ‘believe’ you’re powerless. The only things that can attack you in your life situation are the things you allow to attack you. By not allowing them in then you are powerful. This is where I achieve so much power from. My ability to control worries and other human aliments, simply by not allowing them to ‘be’, gives me unimaginable powers. They are not superhuman powers as we all have them. It is just that an infinitesimally small percentage of the world’s population use them. What I am writing in these books means that if you read and re-read them until change happens then you will be one of them. This really is cool, powerful stuff - if you apply it!
Then you have the other main drawback with worrying, which is of course you’ll attract/create what you are worried about! Life gives you back whatever you think about, whatever has your dominant attention will be your future. Worry has no place.
If you made your dominant attention studying these articles and nothing else, until they were seared into your whole personality, then you would achieve a number of things;
You would be indestructible.
You would have achieved having a life.
You would be an expert who could go and teach this stuff to others, as there is quite a need for this information out there.
Ask yourself, do you know anyone who doesn’t worry? (Obviously exclude me, as I don’t count) Well do you? Anyone - come on - just one person you know or have EVER met in your entire life who you KNOW does not worry?
Well I’ve met tens of thousands of people, including some really successful people, and all of them worry about something. The most successful ones though have all removed 90–95% of their worries.
If you just achieve that sort of percentage it will mean that you are certain of success being a breeze for you. You know this! I am not telling you something you don’t already know. This is what I mean when I say, knowledge without application is useless! You can study every book there is, but unless you remove the viruses you have, you won’t move forward.
We Have Control. However, We Have To Apply It

Life provides us with lessons all of the time - on occasions some very harsh ones with which we have little to no control over. However, we have infinite control over how we react to these situations. We cannot change other people and we should never be allowed to as they have their right to think the way they do.
If their choice is ignorance and unconsciousness, then I’m ok with that, just the same as you have your right to be conscious. We can of course change the way we relate to those that are asleep.
You are in the process of getting to know yourself right now and this really is the secret to life. As once you have overcome the barriers (bugs/layers of crud) and you learn to accept yourself, then you’ll never again seek or need the approval of others.
Everything you previously sought, you will find you have in abundance, e.g. instead of seeking love, you’ll give more love. Think about it, a person who knows how to love cannot be controlled. Or if you don’t ‘want’ for anything, or ‘want’ anything from anyone then you cannot be exploited.
When you reach the point of desiring nothing from another person then some people will have difficulty relating to you. This is because they can no longer control you. Watch what your ego is saying right now, as he/she might be saying, ‘do I really ‘want’ this as I will/may lose my friends.’ That’s your ego talking, observe what it is saying. It is saying, ‘Stay here, stay ignorant, you don’t need to be conscious, it is far better staying asleep. After all, you know what it is like here and the place you are attempting to go may not have any of your friends in it!’
Does this thought take you towards where you desire to go, or away from it?
Don’t judge your ego, just watch it. One thing I have learnt about true friends is they accept you for who you are and still like you. I love it when a friend grows as they can help me too. This is the road to emotional freedom and self-reliance; you can carry on or turn back as your ego is suggesting. However, you cannot make an unconscious choice unless you allow it. I expect to meet many people in the future - which path will you choose?
I can’t tell you that you need to change, that change has to come from you telling you. Think about tension for a second, it only arises when we ‘want’ something from someone else. What about if you accepted whatever their decision was now, then there would be no need to worry about it would there? We would like them to decide to do what we desire, however, we could be cool either way.
Hang on though, this is madness to not ‘try’ to get what we desire. Well, no it isn’t once you have done all you can to bring about the situation you desire. Then you have done all you can do and previously you should have let go of the outcome anyway. It is in the act of letting go where we really create (use the law of attraction).
We have clearly stated what we desire, we have done (or are doing) all we can do to bring about the situation and we are letting go of the outcome. This allows the Universe to do its stuff. If it is right for you now then you will obtain it, if it is not then the thing that is right for you will be given to you. This is a ‘no-lose scenario.’
No More Worries
~ Good or bad, it is all good! Therefore what is there to worry about? ~
Me, I think!
So even if that is something really bad, which you really don’t ‘want’, then that is the best thing… not good eh? Well let me give you a real life example. If I had not been in a terrible financial position and not been made bankrupt by one of my creditors, I would not have ever written these books. You would not have read them and your life would not be changing now because of what I’ve written and you applying it. So something very good has come from something very bad, which of course is always the way of things.
Whatever was going to happen, I knew it would work out for the best. Guess what? It has, and of course will, continue to do so. Good or bad, it is all good. Therefore what is there to worry about?
Apply this technique to anything you worry about; look at your worry and ask yourself, ‘what is the benefit to me of ‘worrying’ about the outcome?’ You won’t find a permanent benefit and the very short lived temporary benefits can come from your awareness. Basically you really do not need worry.
If you don’t believe me then ask me how to remove a specific worry on the site, and I’ll answer you. Mind you I probably won’t tell you anything you don’t already know.
Understanding The Value Of Worrying

Thoughts of worrying hold no value at all. However, they do pull you in the direction you do not ‘want’ to go in. No thought stands still, every thought either takes you towards where you desire to go, or away from it. Please ‘try’ and explain to yourself now, how any thought of worry can possibly help take you where you ‘want’ to go. It can’t (observe your ego here though and see if you can find one where you think I am wrong, as you will reveal a hidden bug).
So if it’s not helping you get there then it’s obviously pulling you in the opposite direction. This isn’t even an anchor in the ground, this layer of crud is actually powered with an engine and takes you the opposite way to which you desire to go.
There you go, it holds no value for you and the life you desire to have… Therefore, is there any need to hang on to your worries? Of course not, they are just heavy baggage that is of no use to you. So now there is no fear of letting go of something so useless.
Don’t judge yourself badly for all the years you have wasted because you worried. They are irrelevant as they are not now; the Universe gives us the lesson at the right time in the best possible way. If you are ready you will accept it today, if not then maybe a re-read now or after another dose of pain then you may be. The point is when is now the time to change? Just observe yourself now and allow change to happen.
Over the next few days and weeks, or months if necessary, just observe your feelings, watch your worries, see them for the illusions they are and allow them to dissolve. You allowed them in, now you have to allow them to leave.
One final lesson is to apply something I’ve previously shown you. If you are still worried most of the time, ask yourself what if? What if it happened! Allow yourself to go to the bottom of the rabbit hole and find out.
Good or bad, it will always work out best for you if you stop worrying and allow the good stuff in. Good or bad, it really is all good! If you worry, you will get more worries, if you have no worries, you will get… no more worries! Turbo-charged or going in reverse, it is your choice!
There you go, you really can banish the illusions of worry from your mind just by looking at them and seeing them for the illusions they are. It takes virtually nil effort other than thinking and paying attention to achieve this. So do not allow yourself to continue in the world’s massive herd of worriers. You have now been given an alternative option. Accept it, step outside of the insanity and get in touch with being present. Start really enjoying your life now as there really is NO-Thing to worry about.
